- Obtained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander and the position of Chief Operations Officer of a 400-person Naval Air Squadron
- Has worn many hats in the Calibre business from Business Development to HSEQ
Mark is Calibre's Executive General Manager - East. He is relocating to Australia, from New Zealand, having held a number of corporate positions in the Australian business before moving across the Tasman.
With a focus on Australia's East coast, Mark’s philosophy is to ensure that staff are empowered to make effective decisions, to improve collaboration skills and to create an environment of pro-active communication both internally and externally with clients.

Mark holds degrees in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He has an excellent understanding of what it takes to create a successful consulting business with experience across the Australasian sector.
